Waterfront Walking Guides
We create personalised walking routes along Galway's docks and
Claddagh basin, matched to your pace and interests. Whether
you're keen on architecture, maritime history, or simply
enjoying the fresh sea air, we'll plan a route that feels right
for you. Most walks take 60–90 minutes with built-in rest stops.
Photography & Memory Making
Learn to capture the beauty of Galway's waterfront using your
smartphone or tablet. We cover composition basics, lighting, and
how to share your photos with family. Group sessions run twice
monthly on Saturday mornings, and individual coaching is
available by arrangement.
Guided Exploration Walks
Join small group walks (4–6 people) where we explore specific
themes: birdwatching along the bay, discovering hidden corners
of the Claddagh, or understanding the docks' working maritime
heritage. Walks happen weekly, with accessible routes and plenty
of opportunities to pause and chat.
Local Knowledge & Planning
Not sure where to start? We'll help you plan visits around your
schedule, energy levels, and interests. We share information
about nearby cafés, accessible facilities, weather patterns, and
seasonal highlights. One-to-one planning sessions ensure you get
the most from your time on the waterfront.
